World renowned with surf beach ocean side and a safe sheltered beach harbour side. The Mount is a year round resort town, with plenty for the whole family. Water sports are enjoyed with surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking and water skiing among the many. A paradise for pleasure boats – fishing is also popular – charters available. Among the land based activities – hot pools, shopping, golf, lively cafés and restaurants. With so much local fishing – why not try some of the local fish and chips while enjoying the beach. A walk around the Mount a must with beautiful views of the surrounding harbour and beach area – if you’re keen it is a short, though quite steep walk to the summit for 360 degree views.
