        Okere Falls, Rotorua – It’s a charming hour-long bushwalk along the Kaituna River to Okere Falls (there and back), which are overhung with ferns and native bush. Bring your camera so you can snap those daredevil rafters!

              Opito Bay – This is one of those gorgeous, isolated white sandy bays that Coromandel is famous for, and what a place to hang out, just swimming, fishing or exploring. It’s pure bliss and that’s why locals love it.

                Opepe Reserve, Taupo – Bring your walking shoes and go bush to see the giant native totara trees and amazing birdlife. This is a great place to stretch your legs and get back to nature.
