New Zealand

Address: Great King North, Dunedin, Otago Dunedin & Otago

Established in 1863, Dunedin Botanic Garden is the oldest in New Zealand.
Get yourself a map from the information centre, because with 28 hectares and more than 6,800 plant species, there’s so much to explore! Alongside natives, this internationally recognised space treats you to the beauty of the Japanese Garden, and Southern African delights, not forgetting the striking Edwardian Winter Garden glasshouse, the boisterous bird aviary, and the famed Rhododendron dell. There’s a load of walking tracks, or simply park up and enjoy this lush oasis.
