Electra Gallery is a community initiative run by an enthusiastic team of volunteers.
The prime objective is to provide a high quality venue of regional art and craft and to promote and support local Central Hawkes Bay artists.
Electra Gallery, now in its twelfth year, is firmly established on the art trail of New Zealand and enjoys many visitors, both local and international. Electra Gallery stages numerous exhibitions throughout each year, both in the gallery and at other venues.
In addition to the major annual exhibitions, Electra Gallery organizes a number of mini exhibitions in the gallery at various times throughout the year, showcasing individual artists work. Paintings and/or three dimensional works are accepted for the mini exhibitions and the work can be submitted by both experienced and competent novice artists alike.
